I started coq10 and b2 vitamins late last week. They seem to be helping but I'm having trouble sleeping and I'm also peeing neon yellow.
Is this an issue that will go away on its own? The sleep has just been bad these last 2 nights.

I think B vitamins can make pee fluorescent yellow or some other vitamin can. It does not go away. It is a not a cause for concern

B vitamins can have a stimulating effect. I take mine in the morning on a full stomach, if I can remember.
Sorry that I don't have a reference for that.

I remember the bright yellow pee some years ago, apparently it’s riboflavin (b2), just your body getting rid of the excess apparently.

Yes, bright yellow pee is normal when you take b vitamins; nothing to worry about.
