I've been trying to lose weight since 2023. I'm just permanently stuck at 225. I've tried varioius diets and meal prepping and safe OTC stuff. I workout 3 times a week. My carbs are often high but thats the only thing I can think of
Doctors don't really get it they just want me to lose weight. My dietician thought what I was eating was great. My therapist is just like "healthy at any size." Idk at this point.
