My stomach has been fine since I had surgery. I mean I'm not having the issues I had before.

I've eaten
Pumpkin spice and apple cider donuts
Mini mufins
Scrambled eggs
White bread
Waffles
Canned potatos
Budig lunch meat.
Broth

Did I figure out the code for my GI diet? I've been told a diet high in carbs is what I need for recovery.

Idk. They gave me a list of fooda right before I left and all these foods were on it
