Ok so I know that alot of people try differnt things to help eliminate or lessen pain.....well I don't know how many of you have heard of Prolotherapy.....I first learned about it from a friend/assistant manager at work. I don't really know if it is going to hep or not yet....I do know that yesterday I was really stiff after my first session. It sux cause it isn't covered by insurance, but I am willing to give it a try if I can avoid surgery.

I guess I want to know how many of you if any have had any experience with this and what the results were.
I need a little encouragement because I am really tired and hoping that it is just a side efect of my body fighting to heal.

There haven't been any scientific studies on it, even though it has been around for a long time. That bothers me, that and insurance/Medicare not covering it. Interesting, informative article on it:

ok so it has been a while since i posted, and i realy havent got a ton of feedback. I did start the therapy, and surprisingly we are narrowing the problem and some seem to be getting better....like the ones that were the later symptons. I wish that I had time to come into chat to see what people thought, but i am limited on my computer time.

Any feedback from those who have had prolo would be appreciated.

Thanks
