I usually get cramps that mimic menstrual cramps when I masturbate. Last night I was doing this and the cramps seemed to be much worse. When I reached orgasm the pain was so severe--equal to the amount of pain you have when you have a gallbladder attack. I know this is not normal!!! The pain lasted for roughly 15 minutes afterwards and I just couldn't move and was extremely nauseated.

I know I have to see a doctor...but with my period coming up within the next week I may not be able to get an appointment before my period starts. County transportation wants 3 days notice and I couldn't get in to see someone before the 14th and my period is scheduled to start on the 15th. So I may end up waiting till after my period, which I don't really want to do.

I keep trying the family planning office and I get the answering machine...should I call my regular doctor??? My mom died of cancer and I"m just terribly worried that this is something serious.

Yeah, If it would make you feel better, call your regular doc while you are waiting for the appt.
I have had the occasional pain here and there, come to think of it...it might have been around my period. Not sure though.
Try not to worry but go to the doc so you'll feel better!!! Worried

Yeah, still in pain....but mostly just back pain. It's higher than your basic lower back pain, which is worrysome.

Actually, it might just be normal.

When you organism, you actually experience uterine contractions. A small organism can produce 3-5 contractions and a big organism (!) can produce up to 15 contractions. These are usually quite powerful. (Imagine as these they are the same type that allow the birth of a child!)

Afterwards, you could feel pain like muscle strains.

There is a tremendous amount of sexual tension that occurs in your body, pelvis, thighs, back, etc causing strain in various parts. If you don't organism, it could lead to more muscle strain because the energy is not released.
But organism alone can produce "strain" afterward.

First off, it's orgasm not organism lol Worried

And, while I would talk to your doctor about it, it's possible that it could be somewhat normal. When you O, your uterus contracts, and for some women it can cause menstrual-like cramps. It's somewhat common.

But if they were really that severe...yes, please ask your doctor about them. Just to be safe.

I would suggest that you make an appt with your GYN and have this issue checked out...... as I started having problems that you are describing and now a year later I am going thru a lot of female test to determine if I have cervical cancer, hpv and/ or bladder & kidney problems.

Please do not wait until you are in medical trouble before make an appt.

Thanks ladies...cancer runs really high in my family so I'm really worried about it. Mom had cervical cancer more than once so I'm a bit worried.

I am getting checked out but I have to wait till my period is over with in order to do so...I hate waiting!

Sorry I haven't been around. We're thinking that my being sick is caused by molds and spores in the basement, which is my room!!!!

I tried the doctor and the office is closed and he won't be in till Thursday...so I'll have to wait to get in there.

I'm spending all my time upstairs just in case this is the problem.
