CPAP anyone? I have had sleep apnea for many years. I have had 2 different CPAP machines. I hated the over the nose mask type and I too use to rip it off my face felt like I wasnt getting air.
I went back for a sleep study last year and I said NO way am I using a CPAP and they introduced me to the BI Pap WOW what a difference. I use this tube just under my nose with those silly strapes up over and behind your head but I feel like I can see and almost am normal. I sleep alot better deeper when I do. But I also have it in me I cant fall asleep and up a good chunk of the night. Til finally I force myself to sleep. But over all , dont let sleep apnea get to you , there is something out there to make sleeping what we should all get. Cause I know for many years I woke with migraines and feeling of no oxygen in my brain and couldnt function. They said I would lose weight and things but that hasnt happened but oh well I know when I use my machine I wont die in my sleep so that is a plus no matter what. Good luck all that has sleep apnea dont give up .. there is restful slumber down the road CPAP anyone?
