How about green tea, white tea, etc.
Lots of water but no theaine (sp?) so it's better for you then regular tea.

What about those little packets ... I can't remember what they're called ... but they're low calorie, and they flavour the water (and actually colour it) with fruit flavours. So it's water, and healthier than juice (because juice has a LOT of sugar in it).

I get small bottles, the 8 ounce size and put them places like my bathroom/bedroom and just drink the whole thing when I take a vitamin or get up at night, etc. Drink it when you're involved with something else and don't realize it :-)

This may sound strange, but you may grow to enjoy water more if you stop drinking all of the other drinks. If you really want to switch, or enjoy water more, try taking a break from drinking other things. You may find that water becomes more appealing. I know for me, I had to stop drinking most other drinks for various health reasons, and I grew to really love water. Another thing that helped me was getting filtered water. The water in our area has an odd taste, and getting filtered water helped a great deal, as well as drinking it cold - from the refrigerator, or with ice. But as long as I kept switching back and forth between other drinks (juices, tea, etc.) water always tasted odd to me. Now that water is all that I drink basically, I really enjoy it, and I drink it often.

Best wishes,
ErinBear

water is good when its so hot outside and you dont have anything to drink, but when you have too much of it, yes it does get boring.
