Yay for being a non-smoker! You already are one, the minute you quit.
It might not be as hard as you are expecting. The first week or so was rough but then it got better and everything---me, my clothes, my hair, smelled soooo much better ok here goes
What's your plan?
What will your rewards be?
What will you do when something happens that is anxiety-provoking and that we normally dealt with by immediately lighting up?

ok here goes
Good for you!

Throw the pack away that is in your car. It isn't worth it, having a temptation around. Do you have a "buddy", someone who is a non-smoker or an "ex"smoker to help you through this IRL?

I've never smoked, but I helped a friend quit. Chewing gum works well for the oral fixation apparently. And sometimes you'll switch "addictions" to something like coffee. But that really isn't *that* bad for you.

One day at a time. ok here goes (Which I so dislike as an expression from AA) ... but yes, rewarding yourself is good. Any money/change you save up from not buying cigarettes... put it in a jar instead. Then at the end of a week (for example), buy yourself a present with some/all of it. You'd be amazed how much money you have after giving up something!

(((((((((((((Bebop))))))))))))))))) Love you lots!
