Hi Roba,

This is something that is different than an accident for you? If you are having urine come out unexpectedly, that can happen for many reasons - if you are a woman, sometimes there are muscle or hormonal changes that occur as people age which make it more likely to have leakage. Men can sometimes have issues with their urinary systems that make leakages happen too. It can be hard to talk about this with your doctor, but doctors can often help with this.

If this is something that you are choosing to do, that's a different situation....but talking with your physician still may be a good place to start if you want to change this. Your doctor may want to check your overall health to make sure you're healthy, and then he or she may have other ideas about how to help you make changes.

I wish you all the best, and hope you will start feeling better soon!

Thinking of you,
ErinBear
