On Christmas Eve I was hauling down gifts to the tree. Of course I am way to stuborn, I had to carry to many things at once. I tripped on my mess in my bedroom as I had a million things to wrap still. I wiped out. But it was funny cause my bf had just told me to not take so much or I was going to fall. I had made a "smart remark" back and like 3 seconds after I fall. So I layed there LMAO. It did not hurt at all. But now is a different story...

My back is killing me and the pain is down my legs. I have a hard time standing, walking, and even when I sit it hurts. My doctor is away until Jan. 10th. I could go see my chiroprator but not sure if this would be a smart idea. Any pressure on my back and I turn white with pain. My side also hurts. I also noticed that my urine is brown (sry not trying to be gross).

Anyway, just wanted to sulk. I hate my back, I always have problems with it. I have a history of back problems. Between the accidents I have been in, my ex husbands rage, and work related injuries---well my back is so sensitive. The littlest things cause a problem. I want a new one; lolol. Wouldn't that be so cool to just order new parts--hehe.

I forgot to ask something. I have this stop on my back, which has been bothering me for a long time now. Its almost to the point of numb. It has been like this for a least 2 months now. Anytime this spot is touched (my kids, or if I try to scratch), its a weird feeling. I can't feel it much. Strange....

Justy,

I'm sorry for your pain! I think it's very important that you see an MD asap. The pain and numbness is reason enough, but the brown urine is quite disconcerting! You may have bruised your kidney or something. This change in color started only after the fall? I don't know much about it, I'm just thinking what I would think if it happened to me or one of mine.

I would see a dr asap, Justy. I really would.

be safe and let us know please.

Justy, I'm sorry that you are hurting again My stupid back again--can I order new parts??, but like Kimmy, I also have to comment on the brown urine. It suggests bleeding somewhere perhaps: is there a possibility that you hurt one of your kidneys? Especially since you say that your side hurts. Please try to get yourself checked out.

Thats interesting. I did not realize that dark urine could be a sign of actually injuring a kidney. I knew it can show other things like infections.

I did land on my side, but not hard at all. I was able to stop myself some and had a soft fall.

My doctor is not back for another 2 weeks. If it gets worse I will maybe go see someone else--which I am not too comfortable with at all. But maybe its just from the eating problems. I have had dark urine before, just not this particular color. I have an appointment with my chiroprator tomorrow, I can talk to him. He is really good with talking about stuff that does not always relate directly to his profession. I can mention it and see what he thinks. He also has a back scanner thingie. hehe. U know, it can scan ur back. Maybe he can do this for me. It is not that expensive--think it will only cost me about $30.00. I can ask him to do another one as it has been a long time since he did one last.

I will let u know. And thanks very much for the info. Learned something new today; lolol. My stupid back again--can I order new parts??

Awww, ktp. Don't fret my dear. My back is starting to feel better. Its really bad in the morning when I get up but improves over the day. It seems like once I start moving some--starts to work its way to almost normal. hehe, that sounds stupid.

It hurts some but not like it did. I have some pains in my legs and side but not as bad either. I did call the health link and talked to them. She was also concerned about kidney. She said I could have injured it and the dark urine could be a sign of blood. But my urine is not as dark anymore. It has lightened up some. I will go see the doctor tomorrow with this and my rash.

Thanks for all of the concern. I will let u know once I get back. Talk to ya soon.
