I had such a strange dizzy feelign yesterday, you know, when i turn my head, i feel as if everything is overturning. especially if i bend my back...

I thought it was tireness, but today, when i woke up, i found i have it again.

I am before my period, but i never had such a thing...does anybody have an assumption?

Blood sugar? Dehydration? Sleep deprivation? Misaligned neck/muscle spasms/tight neck muscles? Inner ear infection? Best to go to the doctor!

Yes it can be many things including vertigo: http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/vertigo . I agree that your doctor should be consulted to explore what the cause is for your dizziness. I hope you feel better soon!
