I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on T.V. but here is what my opinion is for whatever it's worth....could be a kidney infection. I've had that happen when I've had a kidney infection and one thing that helped was drinking cranberry juice. I know that is for bladder infections but it helped with my kidney infection also. It also helped when I had my kidney stone.

Could it be a muscle spasm?
How long has the pain been going on for? How often does it occur? Does it happen when you've been at rest for a while or if you're moving or have been moving?

I have pain from my RA in my groin area... and I have issues with abnormal bleeding and cyst on the opening of my cervix / ovaries that creates pain with in the same area.
Looks like a GYN visit is in order to determine the real cause. |
