I have been having really really bad stomach cramps since yesterday.
It feels like... I don't really what exactly it feels like... I just know it hurts like hell
Last time I had pain this bad, I ended up in the emergency room with a ruptured ovarian cyst and an urinary tract infection.

Nothing is helping the pain... I have tried sitting in a hot bathtub, drinking magnesium to "flush me out"
(I thought the pain might be because I hadn't had a poop bigger than the tip of my pinkie finger in two days... sorry if TMI),
sitting with heating pads on my tummy, etc....... nothing has helped. And I sure as hell can't afford another ER bill... but it feels like I am dying!!!!!

It sounds like you really should go to a Dr and find out what's going on. I hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I'd get a doctor's appointment for today so you don't have to go to the ER. Sounds like you've tried everything you can think of to do at home but it hasn't helped. Hope you feel better soon!
