I had fallen over the weekend and messed up my knee so I needed to go see the good ole doc. He told me its sprained and to R.I.C.E. it and I said ok. I was also like while I'm here I have been achy all over especially in my back and so he started to poke and prod me all over well it turns out I have fibromyalgia. That SUCKS!!!!!! My mom has that and I can sympathize with her when there are days she just can't get out of bed. I have those days and was fighting the diagnosis well I can't anymore. I guess the only good thing about it is for the really bad days I get to have a handicapped license plate hangy thing so I don't have to walk as far to get into places. When I go to walmart or any place that has those little motorized carts I have to use them because it hurts too much to walk. I'm only 33 I shouldn't be having these problems!!

(((BUG))) I'm sorry to hear this. Please try not to use the word "should" or such... as though when things that don't "normally" occur do, and like it's a punishment for us... I mean, that's where it takes my thinking... because I was injured at age 34... I had had the world on a string... and haven't been able to work since... It is a big change when it's from an accident. One thing you have that I didn't is that this didn't JUST happen to you, but you have been suffering without the diagnosis... now you have to deal with coping with it because it's staring you in the face. I'm sorry you have this. Please join a support group, as they are great in advice for things that you will come up across, and also help you know you aren't crazy for feeling the way you do.
