SOoo it's that time of the month yet again... and I get such horrible back pain, does anyone have any tips on what works to make it go away? I'd rather not take more drugs.

hmmm try everning primrose oil or black /blue cohosh (according to my MD) and I used to hand out icepacks to runners for that... try a diuretic also, sometimes it's from water retention? exercise. does other stuff like midol work? I don't know, never needed that stuff.

You're probably through your cycle now, but for future reference, a soak in the bathtub helps me with backache and cramps. "Female" Back pain

Next time you buy a new car, make sure you make 'heated seats' a mandatory feature!
