is there a pharmacy near you that delievers? if so call your dr and have them call you in suppositories for the running at both ends. it works wonders. I know you said you can't keep anything down but please try to drink some juice or at the least some water. you don't need to get dehydrated hon. keep warm.

Are you sure you need glucose tabs? Being sick can raise blood sugar. Check your bGl before any juice or glucose tabs or anything like that. Definitely see about getting some suppositories delivered...vomiting needs to be stopped. And dehydrating is definitely an issue to avoid. If a suppository doesn't work (because of diarrhea), you might have to be seen so you can get an injection of an anti-nausea med.

It might just be that norovirus thing where you are ill for only a day.

I don't know much about diabetes but maybe if you have some sweets (candy) during the day, or eat things like plain digestive biscuits, or like somebody suggested, sip at lemonade, that might help. Hope you're better soon. And if you have some, take some of those anti-diarroeh tablets (lopermide hydrochloride) or ask somebody to buy some for you, the generic brand is fine, no need to pay more for brand names like immodium, they have the same ingredients.

Hope you're well soon

Flat coke is perfect when you're feeling sick.
I know it tastes pretty bad when it's flat, but it will help
