I'm having such pain in my neck and shoulders. This has been an ongoing problem for me for several years now, but it has become so debilitating, I've resorted to medical attention...muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatory drugs, and then the physical therapy visit today...which was my first time.
OMG! I couldn't believe the difference in just this initial visit! And this was just the evaluation visit during which the therapist probed the muscles around my spine and shoulders. They've scheduled me for three visits a week, and I am optimistic that this will help me. I would never have guessed it would be so helpful.
Just had to share.

So glad that you're feeling better! Sounds like you've got a good therapist.

Glad to hear you did that and received the good benefits. I can't live without my physical therapy (or rather wouldn't want to live if I had to without it and the relief it gives and pain and problems it prevents. After 22 years (from the accident) I still required 3x a week!)

This is really great news! Thanks for sharing!
