Anyways, I think I left my immune system back in Europe. Seriously, I've 3 consecutive bugs, first sore throat, then cold, and now stomach bug. This is sort of off topic but anyways...
Today I'm staying home sick I was sleeping downstairs when I hear a car driving up our driveway and footsteps walking up to the door. I thought maybe dad was coming home early so I get up and look outside, nothing. So I lay back down I think I hear footsteps outside again, so I look outside again. Nothing. So I lay back down. And remember When I was a kid, I'd hear footsteps when nobody was there either. I was always afraid that they were the footsteps of God, and upon noticing that I wasn't good, would be scornful like in the Adam and Eve story when he came to punish them for eating from the forbidden tree Interesting |
