got it solved i think. went to walgreens this morning to see what they had. cheapest one was $32, but the one i needed was $48. So i said to hell with that. Took a ride to walmart and found the $48 walgreens one for $18.97 at walmart. same exact one. I did what the instructions said, bt when i had it in the boiling water it kept getting stuck to the bottom of the pot. lol. i fitted it to my teeth and it fits. Its a little uncomfortable, but i can deal with this one. I'll get use to it im sure.

I've started to grind my teeth during sleep too. And it concerns me. When I first learned about it, I thought that it was due to stress. Now I'm beginning to think otherwise, gotta go and see the doc asap.
