There could be a bunch of things. Have you spoken with your dentist or your family doctor about this?

Really watch how many sugary things you are eating and drinking. Take-out coffee is especially bad for it's sugar content as well as sodas and obviously, candy. Even brushing your teeth and flossing won't really help much if you're intaking a large amount of sugar.

Hi girlbassplayer,

Oh, I really can understand what you are going through. In the past five years, I have had 7 teeth pulled. They're all upper and in the back, and you can only see the "holes" when I have a big smile, which isn't very often.

The dentist said my gum are in great health, and he doesn't understand why my teeth are rotting. The rest of my teeth are in great condition, strong, white, and free of decay.

BTW, I'm only 41.

Good luck,

Dee
