Hi all. It's been a while. I'm feeling very happy and content today. I think my CPAP machine is really helping me feel better (and breathe better at night). At first, when I got the machine, I beat myself up over having sleep apnea i.e. It's my fault. I got myself too fat, etc. I was feeling guilty and like my health was going downhill and I wouldn't live long.

HOWEVER, NOW I am feeling so good. I started using weights to exercise a bit. And I was told yesterday that I'm looking slimmer. update

that's great news. And it always feels good to be complimented when you're trying to lose weight. Today I was told (by two different people) that I've lost quite a bit of weight. update Makes all the hard work worth it when it starts to show.

I bet you're feeling alot better too.

Take care,
Kimberly.
