another digestive attack. Ok for the past week i have been constipated. not the painful kind just didnt haft to go for a week. all of a sudden i had a normal bowl movement. a big one not some small bunny crap kind but a lincoln log. So i thought hey maybe things are improving. its not diarrhea so that must be good. well today i payed. i had diarrhea. it burned, and just felt like someone was ripping my insides out. i was crying. I am now scared to eat any food. So this morning i had a eggs benidicts and then got diarrhea. Now for supper i had a 1/4 cup of cheese a pickle 2 cups of apple sauce and a cup of juice and pickle juice. so i then see my grandma eating pizza and for the first time i was revolted. revolted of pizza. Now the great american food pizza im revolted by. oh my system allready makes me sick of hamburgers, pork produces, speghetti, and any fat fried food. the pain i feel makes me not want to eat. and in a way my eating disorder caters to it cause i can eat just puke it up after. I have allways had this problem. so dont blame it on my eating disorder. i have had this problem since i was 16 and my eating disorder started 10 months ago. im just sick of this.

Gracious Me Blackdragon, That was quite a mix you dumped down your gullet.....!!! Do you have a friend who understands nutrition? Our bodies have pretty specific needs, including consistency of eating good food in order to function consistantly, stay healthy, all that importand stuff.
Sometime when you're thinking clearly, try making a list of foods you like. Then have a friend go over it with you to figure out what's not so good for your body and cut back on eating it. Maybe they could help you find new, healthy foods instead. I've just been learning about, and using coconut fiber every day to keep my poops coming. Even if it doesn't hurt, being constipated is really not good for your whole body. That crap needs to move on out, it's full of bacteria and festers and can cause other ills if it hangs out inside your body. I get packets of coconut that is finely ground for baking. It's only a couple bucks. I put a heaping tablespoon in an empty peanut butter jar with juice, shake it up, and drink it for breakfast. Then I do it again with my night meds. I find it to be tasty, filling, and an easily accomplished big improvement in my diet. My bowels run like clockwork every morning. No littles, no biggies..... it's called "being regular". Food is important. What goes in must come out, one way or the other. Try making a chart: what you eat, what you poop, how your body feels. to help you make better choices, ya know ? It's suprisingly easy to eat healthy once you get the hang of it. __________________ ![]() |

I have been trying to do that. For that whole week i had nothing but healthy food. And nothing. I went out to eat and thought eggs benidict would be good, and by the way its still in me. cause the craps came right after i ate it and went home. I dont know what it is. I eat a regular meal of meat, veggies, and fruit juice. But i know i binge once or twice a week and i end up purging. When i get diarrhea no matter what i ate weither its celery or french fries (which rarly is cause of the movie super size me) i will purge it up cause im just scared to death of the next attack. And when i go a period of no attacks and sm poops i think im eating right and bam here it comes again. I have allready eliminated milk, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, couliflower, peanuts, and sweets. I still get my veggies from potatos and peas and corn and i dont go over board with fruit cause i know that can cause constipation. I stick to servings on that. but my body still does this. Im so sick of it that i just dont wanmt to eat. eating hurts to me. Both ways it does. And when i go to the gastrointrologist i am going to tell him that. I am not looking to loose weight now cause its doing that all on its own. wether i purge or not im still loosing about a pound a day. And thats when im eating normal 3 meals a day no snacks no deserts no sweets and no milk. I just cant take the pain my system causes me. I cant.

Apple Cider Vinegar (organic, unfiltered, mother still inside) is great for regulation of the digestive system.
http://www.bragg.com/ is an informative site, specifically: http://www.bragg.com/products/products.html. Or you might do a search on apple cider vinegar and see what you come up with. It does help what ails you. If you take a tablespoon in a glass of water, first upon rising, you will notice a difference in a week at latest, more likely within a few days. Do not eat for about a half hour after drinking it. It might be less than pleasant tasting at first but once you get used to it, you will find your body craving it. It will make you regular. It's also a great afternoon refresher as well as a natural hydration ingredient. Add a bit of raw, unfiltered honey, if desired, for a delicious drink that is really healthy for you. Hunnyb is correct in saying you need to get all that bad stuff out. There are so many toxins in your body that are eliminated by being regular. Gross subject but necessary for good health. By the way, for optimum health, your body should be relieving toxins at least 3 times a day, not 3 times a week as many would think. Good luck and good health! __________________ ![]() |

Your digestive system sounds a lot like mine! I can't eat meat without getting diarrhea. It's the same thing with milk products for me (I'm lactose intolerant, too) Yeah, the greasy food thing is bad for me too...I just wanted to tell you I can really relate. I'm in the same bind as you are, without the severe pain, though.
I hope you can figure this thing all out before it gets too painful for you. Take care and hang in there, girl. __________________ "When they discover the center of the universe, a lot of people will be disappointed to discover they are not it." -Bernard Bailey |

corn.....fruit JUICE , so much of what you are eating seems healthy but with a GI problem isn't PLEASE IF YOU cannot afford a dietican GOOGLE BLAND DIET and slowly add foods to see what triggers your tummy...Fats like in eggs benadict WILL give someone with GI issues the runs
BTW fruits and veggies do NOT constipate they are high in fiber they make things move ...CORN is very high fiber and not digested well thats why you always hear in jokes on corn in poop __________________ ![]() |
