I've had about 1400kcal total over the past 4 days (including today so far) and I fell twice today. I really can't/don't want to eat, but I know I have to considering my fitness tracker says over the past week I've been burning an average of 1700/day.

My calories have been in instant breakfasts (roommate forces these on me, but I have them as hot chocolate so it's not that bad), yogurt, and pb (legitimate safe foods).
---
Every time I go in the kitchen and try to eat more than a spoonful of something (why I like yogurt and pb) I start panicking and crying.

I don't know if I can do this. I feel thatlu mp in my throat. I don't belong here I don't deserve this.
---
What are some really easy things that will make me not pass out? Why is this so hard?

Muddy, I think it is a post for the eating disorders forum. Physically, it does not get easier than peanut butter and yogurt.
