Not taking care of myself lately has led me to high blood pressure, today my bp was 153/103 and i have a severe headache, i need to eat and exercise better but I just cant seem to care enough lately, anyone else ever felt like this?

altering your dr maybe a very good idea the headache could be from blood pressure imo |

You should see your doctor ASAP, your headache could be cause by the high BP. Please take care of yourself! __________________ Today I am going to spend more time looking for all the positive things about myself. Maybe you can convince your partner to go with you to the doctors? I hate doctors myself... but that sounds worriesome.
