its the end of the school year and my 9 year old is ok with it but he still isnt completely happy that he has to continue on the same schedule as before. all school year it has been the same thing every day. i dont want to go i hate school i hate you life sucks i wanna be a hobo I know this is going to continue through summer and into the next school year. does anyone else have similar issues or any suggestions to get him motivated in the mornings also he has a set bed time and get up the same time

I would have him study hobos for the summer (edit their code so it suits your purposes, "obey law and order and act like a gentleman" but leave out the first tenet about running your own life :-) and maybe go to some of the convention for a reward for good behavior? Work on math by teaching him to sew/make his own costume, favorite meals (measuring ingredients)?
