Hi Everyone,
My daughter has had problems getting to sleep since the beginning of this month. Her bed time is 8 pm. She's not falling to sleep til 10:30/11:00pm. She just toss and turns. I've tried feeding her later. Today I took her to a park. She has so much energy. __________________ #SpoonieStrong Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure to quantify how much energy individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses have throughout a given day. 1).
