Morning, or afternoon or evening pending on where you are, I'm extremely confused about thing right now. Before I became eligible for disability I was in school, failing miserably because of my depression and anxiety. However now I'm on disability and have been for two years, so their putting me on medicare, does that mean I lose my medicaid coverage? If not do I have to sign up for medicare part d for my meds or does my Medicaid cover that still?
And on top of that since I am on disability, and I have outstanding student loans, I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get them excused due to the disability and financial hardship? I mean I have a job but I barely make over minimum wage and don't know what to do when I'm barely making ends meet now with rent and bills and such.

Thanks for your time.
Kelly

As far as your medicaid goes, you have to talk to someone from the local medicaid office; it varies from state to state, so we can't really answer that for you. As far as repaying the loans, you'll have to talk to someone at your college or whoever is in charge of that situation. There is no way any of us could take care of that here.
