I sent in my review 3 weeks ago when it was due, then I just realized I had a very important page in my scanner, the page on my daily activities. The lady or no one ever called to tell me I forgot it. They did send me two copies so maybe I did send in one and that one on my scanner was the rough draft. But I don't even remember! What do I do? Call and say I found it, but then what if I did send one in, and the one on my scanner was the rough draft?

I suggest you do call and find out for sure what you sent in.
