I have a welfare phone interview in a few minutes, and I'm totally stressing. I HATE talking on the phone, and I don't know what they're going to ask me. Ugh.

take a deep breathe and just answer the questions one at a time. try not to be overwhelmed. I hate the phone too. take care.

I guess it went ok, but it sounds like they're so backed up I won't see a penny until April. And of course, I need it NOW.

That's insane. It's very difficult - especially when you;re broke - but you HAVE to hassle them so they pay attention to your needs. If there is anyplace in this nation where "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" it has to be in the welfare office. Good luck~
