spondiferous: The thing is that in Sweden (and perhaps also in the US for example) there are very small possibilities to get into publically financed mental health care unless you suffer from more severe symptoms than mine. You could possibly get 3 or 4 sessions with a counselor but not a complete "treatment". To this I find it very important to proceed my sessions with the therapist Iīm at for the moment as so much depends on personal chemistry and how well you work together with your therapist.

Itīs an ongoing anxiety-ridden situation during the holiday break and I donīt know how to solve the situation.

Hug back.

Correct. I have a heapload of diagnoses and I am not offered therapy and even if I take meds I do not get doc appointments. They cannot keep refilling over the Internet unless I see a doc once a year so they rent one from a different county to meet those who are the "light" cases (like me I guess) to see them as a formality, because you never see them again ever.
