What happens if you get kicked off SSDI (Social Security Disability) after a CDR (Continuing Disability Review)? Do they IMMEDIATELY stop paying you, or do they give you a few months before they stop?

I am not sure. I am on appeal for social security disability and scared to death I wont win. I am already afraid of the CDR if I do win.

Hopefully someone has been through it and can answer for you.

Thanks. I'm worried I'll get kicked off because I've been tutoring people for a couple hours each week from home. I know that's not SGA, but I hear SSDI can be unreasonable. If anyone knows anything about this, I would like to hear it.
