She put two different return to work dates on FMLA and disability paperwork. Disability paperwork says Oct 2nd, and fmla says Sept 15. She filled out the FMLA paperwork first and I had difficulty getting help with the disability part, and then getting that to her to sign. I called the dr today and they said that the later date was the correct one and that it was an error. Um ok, I guess?? I already called my job on Monday and talked to my supervisor to tell her that I can go back to work on 9/15. So I guess I have to call her back and say "hah just kidding."

I'm still having panic attacks and am getting used to the changes in medication, so I can only assume that she did this on purpose. I saw her last week and that's when she filled out the return to work paperwork for disability. I don't know, I think I just feel guilty. Guilty for being on disability and needing time off I guess. I don't know I'm just babbling I guess.

Thanks shortandcute!

Well I made some phone calls today and took a trip down to the disability office. I feel a little better about what to expect. My return to work date will be Oct. 2nd. I still have to hammer out the details with my job, but I am exhausted from the anxiety. So I guess things are going to work themselves out.
