I got a letter from disability the other day, so I called them the day I got it. In my records that they had it said that I had been referred to Cornerstone Neurology and Pain Management. Apparently they never got the records from my pain management doctor. The asked me if I ever saw them so I told them yes, I have been seeing them for years. They even had the wrong address! No wonder they didn't get the correct files! Man, I even told the lady that filled out my disability paperwork the first time about my pain management dr, but apparently they just got files from Cornerstone Health Care, which didn't include my pain management files.

No wonder I got denied. Hopefully I'll get it this time.

I hope you get approved soon. It's amazing how much paperwork gets sent to the wrong place or not sent at all.
