SSDI initiated a work review for me a couple months ago. I only worked for 2 months and then lost my job. Someone from the local SS office just contacted me about my work review since she figured out that I'm no longer working. Now I'm worried that SS is going to give me a CDR immediately.
Anyone know if that's likely? |

They do CDR's every three years or so no matter what (where they look at your disability); I think you want to worry if they will do a redetermination (where they look at income, resources, living arrangements). They do that every one-six years.

I got a work review letter last year (in august) and i have a part time job and am on disability. nothing ever came of it, they sent a form asking questions about my job and limitations i have and requested my pay stubs. i sent them all of the info and heard nothing since then. however, i did enter the Ticket to Work program in January this year, so maybe that stopped something? i was worried about the work review pretty hard... i have noticed it Takes SSA a LONG TIME to follow up with their paperwork, though. I have reviews every 3 years (except for now, since i am Ticket to work). when they reviewed me in 2013 it took them 6 months to send me a form saying they made their decision that i am still disabled.
