I have quickly learned how cost prohibitive treatment and care are.
In thinking of creative ways to afford support, I thought about an organization I used to support that gave loans to marginalized women who were starting their own businesses.
I wonder if there's such a thing for recovery.
Has anyone ever heard of something like that?
I'd even be willing to start something up like that. Any ideas about where to start? Anyone interested in learning more?
Thanks for this!

There are a plethora of various agencies where I live that offer up a variety of avenues for those trying to navigate their way out of poverty and on their way to a more empowered life. I want to say that I recall reading a local story about young women coming out of recovery programs and getting back on their feet. So, yes, I am aware that programs like these exist. I'm also aware of the need to network in an extensive way because as good as an idea can be, it's truly necessary to work in a group of those with the ability to bring in the resources.
