Would anyone be willing to share their dream(s), for themselves and/or for others, about gender?

Thank you!

I'm assuming that this is about dreams as in "a vision for the future" rather than as in "what did you dream last night"? Sorry if I'm a bit slow on the uptake here…
Thanks for this!

My dream is of a future where "queer is the new normal" . Where people aren't judged because of their gender (expression) and where we have finally let go of the gender binaries in our heads.

My dream for myself is to be no longer identified as "female" by others.
Thanks for this!

I'm with kraken there. I'd really like to see a future where non-binary folks are accepted and seen as their gender or lack of.
For me personally, my dream is that my family would one day accept me as male. I guess only time will tell with that one. It might be a long shot though.

I just want to be me. That's all. And I don't to be a joke just because I'm in a straight relationship. I wish people educated themselves better to know obvious facts about gender and sexuality.
Thanks for this!

Like realistic or unrealistic?

Realistic: To be passable in public (maybe at some point I could pull that off? I think I have at times, maybe? I don't know ) and to see a society where transphobia is at least largely overcome within the cultural zeitgeist itself.

Unrealistic: To be able to morph into looking like Zooey Deschanel. I mean, I'd go for a punk aesthetic, but that's the superpower I'd want. I'd only use it the once.

If only a dream can be easily achieved.

I just wish I could be a full girl... And not have my past self ever existing. Even if I transition, I still don't get to experience all the things a girl gets to experience...

I guess my dream is to have a "restart" on life.... I want to be born again and experience life as the person I really am, and not the person I was assigned.

As much as I love that song and how touching the message is, I cant accept the mask covering who I really am. The guy I am now is only covering the girl I really am. I'd love to come out of the closet about it, but I'm terrified as to what my family and friends may think of me.

To wake up one day, look in the mirror, and recognize myself.

Or wake up looking like Oliver Sykes.

Neither is realistic so I'll settle for a million dollars and pony. Better chance of that happening. :P
