Has anyone had to get a passport after you transitioned? Just to throw in a monkey wrench, anyone out there who was adopted, transitioned and then had to get a passport?
I've tried contacting people from sites that take applications for passports, and they say they don't know how I should go about it. I'd appreciate any help. sam2 |

I don't know much about getting a passport, but I'd assume it's like when you get your i.d. changed? And your name?

Thanks for trying. I finally found someone who knew what to do and they sent me forms. Its going to be a major pain in the butt to get a passport as I have to first get a birth certificate that I don't even have changed to male. It sure didn't slow down the gov. from taking money out of my paycheck for taxes. It kind of pisses me off that I have to prove my gender.
