It gets better! I know how hard it is starting out. I know everyone's experience is different. With a lot of hard work and support, even if you can only find it online, each day that you move further on your journey to feeling more "you" - and presenting more "you" - is a step towards becoming the best "you" you can be.
![]() It won't be easy and there will be bad days ahead. We work through them to maximize the good ones. And i encourage others to be so encouraging, because every trans, genderless and genderqueer person who's out, and can step out into the real world (as the real them) is making strides towards equality and can set an example for those who are afraid, lost and closeted. This is coming from someone who deals daily with OCD, depression, being a few kinds of minority and myriad other things - someone struggles to just get started most days. There's a lot that can weigh a mind and a body down. But if I can learn to feel positive about my gender identity and expression and find a way to a good place with it, I assure you anyone can. If you'rereading this sub-forum with hope for help or finding others like you, you've already made a positive step. Keep it up, beautiful. ![]() |
