Anxiety all over the place.

We increased my dosis from 25mg/day to 50mg/day and as a result my anxiety got out of contoll.
I had anxiety attacks every day and was unable to ever calm down.
Guess cptsd and high testosteron levels don't always match that good together..

Now back at 25mg, significant less anxiety but my hypomania is knocking on the door again.
Well, HRT is messing with my mood all over the place but I'm still happy.

Started shaving and everyone asks me if I have a cold XD

I'll probably be on T in the next few months so it's good to know this kind of stuff because I too live with CPTSD.

Out of curiosity: is there anything between 25mg and 50mg? Or is that it, just one or the other?

I would definetly try the higher dosis - after all we're all different and bodies are weird. especially when it comes to hormones.
But if your anxiety increases you know where you can look at a cause

I use gel and in one package is 25mg. so it's either one ore two packages. I wanted to use gel because a) fear of needles and b) easy to change your dosis.

And: congratulations!!

Yeah I hear you about needles and needing to be able to change the dosage. How are you finding the gel? Almost every guy I know does the shots. I very rarely see or hear anyone talk about gel or patches so I'm curious. My wife knows a guy who did his entire hormone therapy on patches and never used anything else and it worked awesome for him. That's the way I'm likely going to go, or gel. I have OCD and I tend to get anxious about some fairly innocent-seeming things and I just want it to be as smooth as possible. That said, I'm open to trying different things and seeing what works.

Thank you!

Wondering are you planning on any surgery?

Oh, here in germay it's kind of best practice to start with gel. Once you found a dosis that works good for you and feel comfortable, you can still switch to the needle. But I won't

I mean it just makes sense for me, to start with something that is more adjustable.
Thanks for this!
