so I have this friend and we used to hang out from time to time and now all of a sudden he always has to be near me and talking to me. I was hanging out with some of my other friends on Saturday making a movie like we always do and me and my friend were taxting and I said "we can maybe hang out today, it depends when I get done here, im guessing 1-2 o'clock" and once 12:30 hit my phone rang none stop from this kid. I would answer and tell him I will call him when I am done. come to find out he was sitting on a dirt road by my other friends house for hours waiting for me. today I went fishing with the friend I make movies and my "stalker" followed us to a gas station and we thought we lost him and when we were done fishing I found one of my hats on my fishing buddies hood, a hat I forgot in my "stalker" friends truck the other day. it was just sitting their. im starting to get freaked out. my brothers getting angry. im getting pushed to my breaking point and im gonna lose it. I hate fighting, I don't unless I have to. but im actually scared that this kid will get into my house while im sleeping or not home. I have no clue how to handle this

First thing you need to do is calm down. Nobody has been threatened or hurt.
If this guy is a friend then why doesn't he hang out with your group? If he has done something to you and you don't want to be friends anymore then why not just tell him?

my group of friends doesn't like him because he lies about everything. he is tough to get along with. I want to be friends with the kid, but he needs to tone it down a little. I would say something to him about it but if you confront him about anything he jumps to fighting, kinda like I did but worse. he has real bad anger issues. im worried if I say something to him he will show up at my house. like he always does. but in a violent manner. ive known this kid for years now and he would never act like this until about 3 weeks ago. he became attached at my hip. its freaking me out. he shows up at my house randomly. I live next to a church and he always rips into my drive going about 20 mph blasting racist county music that says stuff like "hang the N" and he pees facing the church. even when theirs church. he makes me and my family look bad in front of the neighbors and I cant have that. he rips up my lawn and dumps tires behind my house without asking me first. I want to be friends with him but he is making it hard. I care about him in a friend way. I don't know if he is trying to show off for me or if he is afraid im not gonna talk to him. but by being attached to me he is pushing me away

and with the whole breaking into my house he did to my friend. he is going to get me in trouble along with himself and if I get in serious trouble I can get kicked out of the fire hall. I cant have that happen. he is reckless and doesn't think he just does and thinks after

Okay.. that sounds a lot more serious then. That kind of thing you don't have to put up with. I see it as two choices.
You tell him what's bothering you and keep trying to help the kid see right and straighten up. The chances aren't that good but you never know. In the end of it all you don't want someone who is going down willingly take you down with him.
The other thing is you tell him you don't want to be friends anymore and tell him why and see how it all plays out.
You might want to let your buddies in on this too. Especially if there's someone at the firehouse who is sort of a mentor type. Sometimes our friends can help us see things we don't see.
Wish I could help more but that's about the way I see it.

I do agree with George.

You pretty much either help him or you don't. I can understand worrying about the choices, but if it bothers you like you are saying, you will get your fill soon enough and will have to tell him something.

Has anyone heard from him since this thread? Doesn't look like he's made anymore posts.
