Too much masturbation is bad for you. You're depleting your body of vital nutrients. Twice a day is excessive but I disagree it'll lead to PE. If anything it'll lead to DE and damage sensitivity to the penis.

Masturbation is not bad in and of itself I don't believe. It is when pornography is used in excess that unexpected mental side effects become apparent IMO. Things like seeing all women as an object for sex, to increased anxiety around women, to unrealistic physical requirements in a potential partner. All in my opinion are things that are hurting the individual.

I will say that, I think masturbation when there is something like depression there, and this just ask me, is not good. If you are depressed and the only thing that makes you happy for 30 seconds is this, then I think it's not a good thing to do during that time, only when absolutely needed.

Or maybe I'm wrong on this?

There is no scientific evidence that it will deplete the body of vital nutrients. Cases of damage are rare.

I've masturbated nearly every day since I was eighteen and I'm fine.

I suggest you do some research. It depletes your body of lots of nutrients and minerals.

I wish I could leave a proper reply but my eyesight is so poor these days and the hair on my palms makes typing incredibly difficult. Masturbation Good or Bad?

I thought hairs on the palms of your hands is the first sign of madness - not wanking too much lol

sex drive and talent - I like it !

that actually takes skill you know. It is like rubbing your tummy and patting your head at the same time (pardon the pun)
