Men 40 and over....

How do you handle:
Bulging waistline (please don't say diet and exercise--we are battling father time and gravity here!)

Hair-losing, receding, graying

Vision changes

Other body changes

It's a B----!!!!!!

Um, I hate to say this, after you said don't, but there is NO other way to handle a beer belly/love handles/man boobs. Diet and exercise.

Hair loss - well, there are transplants/plugs, toupes, weaves, or acceptance.

Vision changes - glasses, contacts, possibly RK laser surgery or whatever they do these days.

Other body changes is kinda vague - good nutrition, supplements can help. Proper medical care, treatment if necessary.
Thanks for this!
