Hello there seeking anyone to share . im a 22 y.o student feeling lower than ever. I play soccer my whole life expecting to go pro someday, but i got arthritis in my hip which stopped me playing soccer with my full potential. Things get worse when my unstable relationship with my gf of 5 years ended. Couldnt talk to anyone about my injury and my feeling bout it. At home things also gone bad, mom and dad seems to be yelling each other more often then they used to.

What's up Riz,

sorry to hear about everything your going thru, doesn't it feel like bad things always happen in pairs?

After reading your post the major red flag I noticed was your lack of a support system(someone to air life's woes to). If I were you I'd do a personal inventory & on a piece of paper write down names of all the people you'd feel comfortable sharing with.

P.S. Be smart about whom you want to discuss certain issues with.

Thanks The Dud3, that's great advice!

I have to agree, especially with your last part. I've found some people who actually use my problems against me to manipulate things the way they want. I would say it's probably best to avoid opening to most authority figures in your life, especially if they have influence on the decisions you need to make in your life.
