Hello everyone! I was thinking earlier and just wanted to share this thought with you all. I think that in the flurry of therapy, meds, bouts of depression, and just being caught up in our mental health in general, we forget one thing a lot: We're all human. We make mistakes, and a lot of times we don't cut ourselves enough slack. We forget that most people don't understand what we go through every day, but the people who truly love you will do their best to try. And we have the community here, so we can talk to people who do understand. We lead such busy lives that I think we sometimes forget what's really important.

*sniff sniff* If we could all just hold hands, smile, & stand by eachother... Find it in our hearts to fill the world with compassion, without letting our egos get in the way... Perhaps the Earth would be a much happier place.
Thanks for this!
