I'm willing to listen. Have you tried writing your feelings down andpsting them on here? I amsure others will listedn as well.

Hi, I also suffer from ocd and major depression and continue to combat ocd symptons daily with new approaches, even if lessens the grief a little i find that its better than none.Please feel free to ask any concerns you have.
