I have had religious and moral issues such as those about infidelity. I have often had lightbulbs hit me. I have issues about women committing infidelity, including myself. I would at times ruminate about those thoughts. Would those thoughts about infidelity also be an example of scrupulosity or is it only religion?

Yes, they would be an issue of scrupulosity -- scrupulosity is not just religion. It is being obsessed with right/wrong and morality, also.
