Hello all! I am a new member but was wondering if it's possible with OCD-non compulsive, to obsess so much about depression that you actually become depressed? Once I became depressed I have stayed that way. It is all I think about mostly from the time my eyes open my first thought is, Am I depressed today? If anyone can offer me some advice or can relate please help me!
Thank you!
