Are you taking meds or getting therapy? I have discovered you have to take it one step at a time. Waiting longer than usual to do the ritual, walking away, or getting you mind occupied with something else. I take meds and get counseling.

That is hard when they take away the meds because you get to depend on them. Why did they take away the meds? Were they part of the ritualistic behavior? Can You describe that a little? Good luck with the therapy, I understand that is important. I went to one therapy session and didn't go back. But I really should.
