I have an important case coming up tomorrow for disability. I have to answer how it affects me. I have to be concise and specific with my answers. Wish me luck. I may be asked how the illness affects me, I wouldn't know what to say. What is the best thing to say? How has OCD affected me?

that's a question for you to answer. how has ocd affected you.....what do you do...what has it hindered you from doing? are there tasks that you cannot perform throught the day because of it? think in your head what your ocd issues are..than write it down...and then think because of this what am i unable to get accomplished. are yo having anxiety with this (wich i pressume you are since most ocd sufferers and anxiety go hand in hand)

than think of what the anxiety has hindered in your life and what you are unable to do/accomplish because of this.
start writing things down in rough format, than listing than you should be able to go from there to see what to say...

unfortunatley i can't give you the answers

i have not delt with disablility (thank god, hopeing to hold off on that one)
but i do know what it's like to grow up with ocd and how it tore my world apart and limited me in things i could do and accomplishes and eventually banished me to not leaving my room..but that's awhole different story.

i wish you luck
