I was diagnosed years ago with OCD. I was put on a pill called Anafranil (Clomipramine). I had immediate relief and then had hard work with therapy over the years to beat my ocd. I still have some obsessions every once in awhile but no compulsions. I've been off of the med for quite awhile now.

I think I was taking Wellbutrin too in or around that time period. It may have helped as well. Just wanted to share with you all. I hope you find what works for you.
